Personal Training

I offer private (one-to-one) and semi-private (two-to-one) personal training sessions at my training studio and outdoors when weather permits.  Training sessions include the use of various equipment and also body weight exercises to improve muscle tone, cardio endurance, and overall health and fitness.

Each training program is tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of my clients.  I educate my clients on correct body mechanics, proper use of equipment, and current fitness research in order to empower and encourage self-reliance.
