I offer outdoor group fitness classes during the spring and summer in the Kansas City area. These classes include resistance training through body-weight exercises as well as cardio drills. These classes are intended for participants of all fitness levels.
I also offer beginner, intermediate and advanced kettlebell classes. Kettlebells are an excellent piece of equipment that, if used properly, can enhance muscle tone and cardio endurance. I teach proper form and efficient movement so that exercises can be executed safely and effectively.
